Cooking: Tabouli Stuffed Tomatoes/Eggplant Salad

Ayse Peksenar will demonstrate how to prepare some of the popular Turkish dishes. The menu is wonderful and perfect for these hot summer days: Tabouli filled tomatoes, eggplant salad and ayran (popular yogurt drink). There are only couple of open seats available. This is a ticketed event and registration is required.
