Vendor Rules and Regulations

• All vendor spaces are either 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 8’ and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.   Please provide specific detail on what you will be selling.  A confirmation email will be sent if your vendor request is approved.
• Vendor location will be emailed one week prior to Fair and Vendors will sign in before setting up their area.
• Early Vendor Setup is Friday, November 13 from 3:00-5:00 pm OR Saturday morning, November 14 from 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. prior to the Festival opening at 9:00 a.m.
• Unloading should be done on the right side of the Center where you can back into the area connecting through the kitchen.  Then Vendor cars should be removed from the Sancar lot and park at the second right/The Hill Radio Station lot for the remainder of the day to allow shoppers room to park.
• Each vendor is responsible for their own setup and display.  NO tables, extensions and/or chairs are provided.  No vendor can encroach upon another vendor’s space and must be within their marked area designated by tape.  No items may be hung on the walls or over the doors of the facility.
• Vendor locations will be emailed about 1 week prior to the festival.
• Special requests for locations cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability and layout.
• All vendor spaces MUST be reserved (RSVP below) by October 23rd and paid for in advance no later than November 1st.
• All vendors will be approved by the Fair Subcommittee. We reserve the right to deny any application.

• You will receive a link for your payment once you are approved as a vendor.
  • • The cost of a vendor space is $125.   All vendor spaces must be paid for in advance by November 1.   No spaces will be held without payment.
    • You can rent a black table for $25 which is 6’ x 4’.    If no table is needed, set the QTY for it to 0 on the payment page.
    • We are a non-profit facility.  Donations are welcomed. If no donations, set the QTY for it to 0 on the payment page.
