Notice of Recording

Photography and recording may occur at AGSF facilities and during AGSF-sponsored programs and events. By entering AGSF property or attending AGSF activities, visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. AGSF uses these materials for mission-related purposes, including:

  • Educational publications
  • Event documentation and archives
  • Social media and newsletters
  • Promotional and informational materials
  • The AGSF website

AGSF does not sell images of visitors for unrelated commercial advertising.

Respect for Visitors

AGSF strives to use images respectfully and responsibly. We generally:

  • Avoid identifying individuals by full name without permission
  • Do not intentionally focus on individuals who request exclusion
  • Make reasonable efforts to accommodate privacy concerns

If you prefer not to appear in recordings, please notify a staff member when you arrive or contact us via email

Children & Students

AGSF takes special care regarding minors. Parents or legal guardians may request that a child not be photographed or recorded. Staff will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, especially during structured programs or classes.

For youth programs requiring registration, additional consent options may be provided.

Group Events & Public Programs

During large public gatherings, incidental appearance in crowd photography may occur.

While AGSF will attempt to honor individual requests, complete exclusion from wide-angle or crowd images cannot always be guaranteed.

Requesting Removal

If you appear in an AGSF image or recording and would like it removed from future use where feasible, please contact us via email.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Description of the image or event
  • Approximate date
  • Location it appeared (website, newsletter, social media, etc.)

AGSF will make reasonable efforts to remove or discontinue use when possible, though removal from printed archival materials may not be feasible.
