National Day of Giving – Youth for Sancar
National Day of Giving | December 2, 2025 | Awareness Days
Call for Turkish American Youth
We’re launching a youth-driven effort to support the Aziz & Gwen Sancar Foundation in building the Sancar Scholars Residence, so future Turkish scholars and young scientists arriving in the U.S. have a place to stay, focus, and thrive.
Why it matters
Every year, brilliant Turkish scholars come to the U.S. to study, research, and build their scientific careers. The Sancar Scholars Residence will give them stability, community, and the freedom to focus on their work instead of worrying about where they will live.
Our start
We begin on December 2, America’s Giving Day.
- Our youth goal is simple:
Raise as much as we can by New Year’s.
Small amounts add up.
Sharing matters just as much as donating.
