DESCRIPTION:Ispanaklı Gözleme (Spinach Stuffed Flatbread) is a traditional Turkish dish consisting of a thin dough filled with a savory mixture of spinach\, onions\, herbs\, and sometimes cheese. The dough is rolled out into a thin circle\, and the spinach mixture is spread evenly over one half of the circle. \nAyran is a traditional Turkish yogurt-based beverage that’s popular in many Middle Eastern and Mediterranean countries. It’s made by diluting yogurt with water and then mixing it thoroughly until it becomes a smooth and creamy drink. \nOur experienced home chef Rana will show you how to prepare this dish along with the yogurt drink and discuss the specifics of the ingredients. \n\nSpinach Stuffed Flatbread – Ispanaklı Gözleme\nTurkish Yogurt Drink – Ayran \nTurkish tea will also be served.
