Türkiye’de ilk defa hayata geçirilen akademi modeli ile üniversite eğitiminin yanı sıra\, akademiyi halka açarak ekonomik yetersizlik içindeki kişilere ücretsiz atölyeler düzenlemek\, üreticilere ürünlerini değerlendirme imkanı sağlamak\, tarımda marka yaratmak da hedeflenmektedir. Film\, proje paydaşlarının motivasyonları ile Çeşme’nin çok bilinmeyen tarımsal yönü\, üretimin değeri\, tarım alanlarının el değiştirmesiyle hızla betonlaşan Çeşme ve çevresinde henüz yapılabilecek olanlar üzerine yoğunlaşıyor. \nWith the donation of the Bridge to Türkiye Fund (BTF)\, established by Turks living in America\, and the Shipley Foundation\, the construction of a gastronomy academy begins at Ege University Çeşme Tourism Faculty. With the academy model implemented for the first time in Türkiye\, it is aimed to open the academy to the public in addition to university education\, to organize free workshops for people with economic inadequacy\, and to provide producers with the opportunity to evaluate their products. and to create a brand in agriculture. The film focuses on the motivations of the project stakeholders\, the unknown agricultural aspect of Çeşme\, the value of production and what can be done in Çeşme and its surroundings after the sale of agricultural land. \nYÖNETMEN Jale İncekol YAPIMCI Ayla İncekol UYGULAYICI YAPIMCI Doğacan Aktaş GÖRÜNTÜ YÖNETMENİ Taşkın Ceyhan SANAT YÖNETMENİ Ayla İncekol KARA TOPRAK TÜRKÜSÜ YORUM Demircan Demir YARDIMCI YÖNETMEN Ege Şirin JALE İNCEKOL ASİSTAN Süleyman Arıkan IŞIK ŞEFİ Yusuf Etem Tezcan YAPIM KOORDİNATÖRÜ Batuhan Baharoğlu-Buse Yılmaz SES Mehmet Bayar YÖNETMEN ASİSTANI Berfin Günvar KURGU Alperen Albayrak SES MİKSAJI Emrah Metin COLOR CORRECTION Civan Zengin
